This SMS/Text Terms of Use notice is for Galaxi Networks, Inc. (doing business as OliverIQ).

We value your privacy and want to ensure transparency regarding our SMS/text message policy. Here’s what you need to know:

• We respect your privacy—we understand the importance of privacy and yours is important to us. We are committed to safeguarding any personal information you share with us required for the best experience and normal operation of OliverIQ home automation services and support.
• We will not sell or share your contact Information—we will never sell your phone number or any other contact information to third parties, with the exception of partners that provide services you sign up for and that bill you for OliverIQ home automation services and support. Your information is solely used for purposes outlined in this policy.
• Limited use of phone number—your phone number will only be used for specific purposes, including (but not limited to) account verification, important notifications regarding your account or service, and if selected, updates related to our products and services.
• Communication preferences—you have full control over your communication preferences. You can choose to opt in or out of receiving SMS/text messages from us at any time. From the app, simply visit Settings, Account, and Notifications, or follow the instructions provided in the SMS/text messages.

To opt-out of SMS/Text message communications, open your OliverIQ app, navigate to Settings, then Notifications under Account, and toggle the selection next to “SMS/Text.” Otherwise, you can simply reply “STOP” from your message app.’
